Global Altar Evangelical Network (GAEN) Official Charter





PREAMBLE

Global Altar Evangelical Network (GAEN) is established under a divine mandate to raise, strengthen, and unite Spirit‑empowered witnesses across the nations. Rooted in the altar of consecration, prayer, worship, and evangelism, GAEN exists to carry the fire of revival to the ends of the earth in fulfillment of Acts 1:8. This charter defines the identity, doctrine, structure, and global mission of GAEN.



ARTICLE 1 — NAME & IDENTITY
Section 1.1 — Official Name

The official name of this organization is Global Altar Evangelical Network (GAEN).
 

Section 1.2 — Nature of the Network

GAEN is a Spirit‑led, altar‑driven evangelical network committed to global revival, evangelism, discipleship, and intercession.


Section 1.3 — Founding Authority

GAEN was founded by Rev. C. S. Akpan, under divine instruction to raise a global altar of fire and witness.

ARTICLE 2 — MISSION & VISION
Section 2.1 — Mission Statement

To ignite and sustain a global revival by raising Spirit‑empowered witnesses who carry the fire of the altar to the ends of the earth.


Section 2.2 — Vision Statement

A world transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit, where every nation encounters the living God through the altar of worship, prayer, and evangelism.

ARTICLE 3 — DOCTRINAL BELIEFS

GAEN affirms the following biblical doctrines:


Section 3.1 — The Trinity

One God, eternally existing in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Section 3.2 — Scripture

The Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

Section 3.3 — Salvation

Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

Section 3.4 — The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit empowers believers for holy living, service, and global witness.

Section 3.5 — The Church

The Church is the Body of Christ, called to evangelize and disciple the nations.

Section 3.6 — The Second Coming

Jesus Christ will return to establish His eternal kingdom.

Section 3.7 — The Altar Life

Believers are called to consecration, prayer, worship, and sacrificial living.

ARTICLE 6 — LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE
Section 6.1 — Founder

The Founder provides spiritual oversight, doctrinal direction, and global vision.


Section 6.2 — Global Council

A council may be appointed to support governance, expansion, and accountability.


Section 6.3 — Regional Coordinators

Regional leaders oversee GAEN chapters within their assigned territories.

Section 6.4 — Chapter Leaders

Chapter leaders uphold GAEN doctrine, values, and mission within their local context.


ARTICLE 7 — MEMBERSHIP & CHAPTERS
Section 7.1 — Membership

Membership is open to believers who affirm GAEN doctrine and commit to the altar life.

Section 7.2 — Establishing a Chapter

Individuals may establish a GAEN chapter upon approval and alignment with GAEN’s mission.


Section 7.3 — Chapter Responsibilities

Chapters must:

Promote prayer, worship, and evangelism.

Uphold doctrinal purity.

Maintain unity and accountability.

ARTICLE 10 — PRAYER & FASTING CODE

The Prayer & Fasting Code establishes a lifestyle of consecration and spiritual discipline for all GAEN members.

Section 10.1 — Daily Prayer Commitment

Members are encouraged to:

Pray at least 1 hour daily

Meditate on Scripture for 15 minutes

Intercede for nations for 5 minutes

Section 10.2 — Weekly Fasting Commitment

Members fast once weekly (Wednesday or Friday), from 6am–3pm or 6am–6pm.

Section 10.3 — Monthly Corporate Fast

All chapters observe a 3‑day fast monthly:

Day 1: Consecration

Day 2: Intercession

Day 3: Empowerment

Section 10.4 — Annual 21‑Day Global Fast

A yearly 21‑day fast for global alignment, revival fire, and spiritual renewal.

Section 10.5 — Prayer Watches

Members join at least one weekly prayer watch:

12am–3am

3am–6am

6pm–9pm

Section 10.6 — Conduct During Fasting

Members maintain purity, humility, worship, and compassion.

ARTICLE 11 — AMENDMENTS & REVIEW

This charter may be reviewed and updated as the Holy Spirit leads and as the global mission expands.
