1. Apology to Our Ambassadors

To our dedicated Grade 1 Ambassadors, we recognize the effort you are putting into the 52-Week Pillar Project. It has come to our attention that the Official Report Form designed for your progressive tracking is currently not functioning as intended. We sincerely apologize for this technical barrier as you work to fulfill your ambassadorial duties.

2. Transition to the "Stone of Remembrance"

We will not allow technical issues to hinder the documentation of your ambassadorial progress. If you attempt to fill out the progressive report form and it fails, please follow this protocol immediately:

Move to the Stone of Remembrance: Navigate to the "Stone of Remembrance" section on our platform.

The Comment Section: You are authorized to use the Comment Section as your official reporting tool.

Required Entry: Input your weekly ambassadorial update directly into the comments. This ensures your activity is recorded for your 3-year tenure and future promotion eligibility. What to include on the comment section are full name, email address, City/Region, etc.
