I. THE MANDATE

The Digital Citizenship (DC) Course is the mandatory foundational gate for every potential Guardian within the Global Altar Impact Alliance. This is not just information; it is the stewardship of digital territory for the Kingdom. You are being called to move from a consumer to a legislator.

II. THE COURSE CURRICULUM

The training is contained within a single Universal Manual, covering:

Module 0: The Ancient Lineage (History of the Watch)

Module 1: The Mind (Digital Mental Health & Reset)

Module 2: The Spirit (The School of Prayer & Stations)

Module 3: The Joseph Protocol (Resource Stewardship)

Module 4: The Tool (Digital Literacy & Cyber-Sanctuary)

Module 5: The Mission (Activation & Commissioning)

III. THE ACTIVATION PROTOCOL

Completion of the reading is only the beginning. To be commissioned, you must follow the Phase 1–4 sequence:

Phase 1: Request entry via email.

Phase 2: Submit the 8-Pillar Alignment Test.

Phase 3: Complete the 7-Day Silent Watch (The Fire Test).

Phase 4: Receive your Official Certificate and the 8 Watchers Guidebook.
