PREAMBLE: THE DECREE OF THE GLOBAL PILLAR

WE, the Global Altar Impact Alliance (GAIA), stand today upon a foundation first revealed in the Prophetic Vision of 1994—the vision of the Mighty Global Pillar reaching from the earth into the heavens, adorned with the colorful ribbons of the tribes, tongues, and kindreds of the world.

We recognize that this vision is the fulfillment of the Davidic Decree recorded in Psalm 22:27-28:

   "All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before Him. For dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations."

This Charter is hereby established as the Divine Blueprint to execute this mandate. We decree that order is the first law of Heaven; therefore, this document serves to guard the purity of the Altar, to protect the Marketplace through the SWP, and to ensure the Covenant of Mercy remains a perpetual flame.

Let it be known that the authority contained herein is derived from the Divine Council, executed through the Founder and Scribe, and preserved for generations through the Family Pillar. To enter this Alliance is to enter a Covenant of Consecration, moving in total alignment with the Pillar that was revealed, the Word that was written, and the Fire that must never go out.

Section I: The Four Pillars of our Faith

     📀 1.1 🫓   The Dominion Mandate (The Anchor)

Psalm 22:27-28: "All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations."

— This establishes GAIA’s right to claim territories and industries for God.

Leviticus 6:13: "The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out."

— This validates the 8 Watchers and the requirement for Hubs to maintain 24/7 intercession.

🫓 1.3 🫓  The Marketplace Anointing (The Spiritual Watchmanship Program (SWP) Law)

Isaiah 60:11: "Your gates will always stand open, they will never be shut, day or night, so that people may bring you the wealth of the nations—their kings led in triumphal procession."

— This provides the spiritual legal ground for the Spiritual Watchmanship Program (SWP) and business partnerships.

Proverbs 19:17: "Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done."

— This is the constitutional basis for the Covenant of Mercy (Cash support for the hungry).

• This is the "Ark" of our Alliance, containing the spiritual laws that govern our walk.

• The Commandments of God: The supreme laws of our faith.

• The Canticle of God: The sacred songs of the Altar.

• The Naphtali Seal: Our official emblem. Insight: Every victory and "beautiful word" points directly to God.

• The Mark of Deeds: A dedicated section housing all Weekly Memory Verses.

The living history and legal record of the movement.

• Historical Records: A detailed account of the evolution of the Alliance.

• Territorial Claims: Legal and spiritual records of regions claimed for the Kingdom.

• Testimonies: Documented evidence of God’s power moving through our Hubs.

🔶 2.3 🔶  EXALTUS ACADEMY: THE TRAINING MANDATE

       Exaltus Academy is the educational engine responsible for equipping the saints.

• The 12 Stone Pillar Manual

The core training text for all Ambassadors and Watchers ( The 260 Roundtable Questions & Answers: Integrated directly into the manual to sharpen the student's mind.) 

Note: All Roundtable discussions use a Bible verse distinct from the Naphtali Seal.

• The 52-Week Pillar Project: A year-long transformation journey.

• Altar Life: The Official Booklet of Exaltus Academy

Located within each GAIA Hub, the Public Altar is where Tier 1 and 2 Watchers and Prayer Warriors maintain the fire of intercession.

The strategic bridge for Global Companies.

Corporate Oversight: Aligning business growth with Altar Fire.

Covenant Security: Using the Barn Protocol (BPP) to ensure marketplace sustainability.

The Global Altar Impact Alliance is a gathering of kindreds. We welcome all who align with the 1994 Vision to find their place within the Global Pillar:

       General Kindred: Every believer and family who commits to the Covenant Code and the Covenant of Mercy from their own homes.

Exaltus Ambassadors: Leaders trained through Exaltus Academy who took part in Orientation program, including Digital Citizenship DC Course and have mastered the 12 Stone Pillar Manual and are authorized to lead study groups.

The 8 Watchers (Tier 1 & 2): The dedicated fire-keepers and intercessors who maintain the 24/7 flame at our Public Altar Hubs.

SWP Corporate Partners: Marketplace leaders and global companies who tether their industries to the Altar through the Spiritual Watchmanship Program.

📀 A 📀   The Family Pillar & Succession

GAIA is a Family-Led Mission established to preserve the prophetic fire across generations. In the event the Founder, Rev. C. S. Akpan, is incapable of leading, the office of the Founder and Scribe shall be occupied by the Co-Founder (GAIA Mother) or the Next Son (The Heir).

📀 B 📀  The Protocol of Authorization 

To maintain the purity of the Global Altar and the integrity of the Exaltus Academy curriculum, the following protocol is strictly enforced:

Mandatory Approval: No GAIA Hub, Local Chapter, Spiritual Watchmanship Program (SWP), or Barn Protocol Project (BPP) may be established without the express written approval and official blessing of the Founder and Scribe.

The Seal of Authority: Any entity operating without a documented mandate from the Founder is officially unauthorized and disconnected from the Global Altar and the spiritual covering of the Alliance.

Territorial Integrity: This ensures that all expansion remains under the spiritual discipline within the Family Pillar.

The Barn Protocol (BPP): The strategic Storehouse for the Alliance's logistics.

Daily: 1 hour of prayer, 15 minutes of meditation.

Weekly: Fasting on every Thursday.

The Fast of Silence: A mandatory 3-day prayer period used for conflict resolution.
