I. THE SOVEREIGN DECLARATION: THE 1994 MANDATE

Be it known to all kindreds, nations, and peoples: The Global Altar Impact Alliance (GAIA) is not a mythological entity nor a representation of "Mother Earth" as defined by worldly philosophies.

We hereby declare that our foundation is built upon the 1994 Vision and the eternal Decree found in Psalm 22:27–28:

"All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. For the kingdom is the Lord's: and he is the governor among the nations."

GAIA is the Government of the Governor. It is the administrative vehicle of the Lord’s dominion on earth, established to facilitate the "remembering and turning" of the nations to the Altar of the Living God.

II. DEPARTMENTAL DIRECTIVES

Under the supreme authority of the GAIA Government, the following departments are hereby confirmed in their official roles:

Exaltus Academy: The Educational and Instructional Department, responsible for the training of Ambassadors, GAIA Sentinel and the curation of the Holy Manuals.

The Sapphire Scribe Studio (SSS): The Secretariat and Design Department, responsible for "Forging Heaven’s Blueprint on Earth’s Digital Stone" and the production of this Gazette.

III. PUBLIC NOTICE: THE IDENTITY CLARIFICATION

Let it be recorded in the Digital Stone of this generation:

        The GAIA Project is a Kingdom-Governance Alliance. We reject the "Gaia" of Greek mythology and the pagan personification of nature. Our GAIA is an Altar of Impact. Where the world sees a myth, we see a Mandate. Where the world sees a goddess, we see the Governor (The King of all kings) among the Nations.

IV. THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE COVENANT

This Gazette serves as a legal and spiritual standard. All members of the Alliance and the public are notified that the Covenant of Truth is the guiding protocol of this Government. Every word published herein is an immutable record of the Kingdom’s progress.

     By the Authority of the 1994 Vision and the Mandate of Elohim, the Creator and Judge of all. 

I hereby decree that the GAIA Government is now operational in the fullness of its voice! Let the ends of the earth hear the sound of the Joviana Post as it heralds a new day of worship.

Every tongue that rises against this Altar in judgment is hereby silenced by the Covenant of Truth. We establish the standard that cannot be moved. We forge the blueprint that cannot be erased. The Kingdom is the Lord's, and His Government is established forever!
